Choose the right plan for your needs. At Finish Line Car Wash & Detail Centers, our annual packages include our most requested services. We also have specialty services that we offer “a la carte“. That way, you only pay for the services you really want.

So, how much can you save? When you buy a VIP Club Plan, the vehicle it’s purchased for receives unlimited washes of the plan you choose. If you wash your vehicle at least once per week, the VIP Club Plan will save you a minimum of 20%. The VIP Club Card also saves you more by entitling you to a 10% discount on all detail services. VIP Club Plans are tracked by your VIP Club Card and your vehicle’s license plate number. Plans are valid only for the vehicle for which the plan is purchased, and is transferable at management’s discretion. Finish Line Care Wash & Detail Centers will transfer your Club Plan to a newly purchased vehicle from one you no longer own. Please note that VIP Club Plans are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be renewed. No refunds are given for unused Club Plans.

1. Participation in the Finish Line Car Wash and Detail Center’s (“FLCW”) Club Plan Program is conditioned on acceptance by you (“Client”) of the terms and conditions (“Terms”) within this agreement. By enrolling in a Club Plan or using or continuing to use the benefits of a Club Plan, the Client shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted all Terms.

2. All Club Plans allow for up to three (3) car washes per week per Club Plan.

3. One vehicle per Club Plan.

4. FLCW Club Plans offer different service levels and prices. There are many to choose from.

5. Club Plan Clients must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid state issued U.S. driver’s license, and be the registered owner of the vehicle associated with the Club Plan.

6. Initial payment to start a Club Plan may be billed at a partial month rate (price of the Club Plan per day multiplied by the days remining in the month) and paid at the Cashier station. All following Club Plan charges are billed at a monthly rate. Client will be charged $1.00 upon initial recurring payment system setup. Client understands this will test the payment method, email address and setup for future billing.

7. Club Plans recurring payments are processed the month prior to receiving service, for an entire calendar month of service. We process payments on or about the 26th of each month and the Club Plan is available on the 1st day of the following month, for that entire month.

8. Clients may cancel their Club Plan at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations made after the 23rd may not take effect in time to prevent such billing. No refunds or credits will be given if FLCW doesn’t receive email notification from the Client by close of business on the 23rd of the month.

9. FLCW reserves the right to cancel or suspend Club plans or Club Plan benefits, interrupt services, or to end the Club Plan program in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, at FLCW’s sole discretion.

10. FLCW may amend these Terms from time to time to better serve the Client. Except as otherwise determined by FLCW, all amended terms shall automatically be effective at the time of posting at www.finishlinecarwashes.com. FLCW may, but is not obligated to, attempt to notify Clients of any amendments to the Terms via email.

11. FLCW will email Client, using the email address provided to FLCW by the Client, at least 30 days prior to making any changes to Club Plan rates.

12. Should recurring Club Plan payment(s), not be authorized, for any reason, FLCW may continue to try to run the recurring payment(s) due for up to 7 days until authorized. If, after 7 days the recurring payment(s) due have not been authorized, the Club Plan(s) may be terminated, and the benefits of the Club Plan may not be available to the Client until the outstanding balance is paid in full. FLCW may attempt to contact the Client about the Club Plan termination but is of no obligation to do so. If FLCW does not terminate the Club Plan(s) and the Client continues to use the Club Plan(s), and FLCW has not been able to collect payment, Client agrees to pay FLCW for the month(s) of the Club Plan usage, not to exceed 2 months of unpaid Club Plan charges.

13. Client agrees the inability for FLCW to collect payment for the Club Plan from the Client’s payment card does not absolve the Client of the obligation to pay FLCW for the Club Plan(s) usage.

14. All FLCW monthly Club Plans are subject to automatic renewal. Client agrees FLCW will submit charges monthly to the Client’s credit or debit card of choice on the recurring billing date, on or about the 26th of the month, for the Club Plan without further authorization from Client or notification from FLCW, until Client provides notice via email ([email protected]) to terminate the Club Plan or change the payment card. We require any changes to the payment card to be made by the 23rd of the month prior to the month the Client will receive Club Plan services.

15. The recurring billing system FLCW uses is set up to email the Client upon a successful payment. Client agrees the email notification of a successful Club Plan payment is sufficient notice to Client the Club Plan will be billed again, the following month, for another month of Club Plan services, and this will continue until Client
